ARTICULO 91 . RECLUTAMIENTO. La inscripción para los concursos y cursos será realizada en las Direcciones Regionales. Con base en el resultado de las inscripciones, se elaborarán y harán conocer las listas de los aspirantes admitidos y rechazados, indicando en este último caso los motivos que no podrán ser otros que la carencia de los requisitos señalados en la convocatoria.
