Artículo segundo. La distribución de la suma señalada en el artículo precedente, se hará por una junta integrada por el Comisario del Putumayo o un representante suyo, por el señor Vicario Apostólico de Sibundoy o su representante, por el Inspector de Policía de Puerto Limón (Putumayo), por el Presidente de la Junta de Acción Comunal del mismo lugar y por el Comandante de la Policía, Sección Putumayo, o su representante.
