Rendidos los descargos y practicadas las pruebas, según el caso, el Magistrado Ponente dispondrá del término de quince (15) días hábiles para presentar el Proyecto de Fallo, y la Sala Probatoria, de otros quince (15) días hábiles para su estudio y aprobación. El fallo será absolutorio osancionatorio.
