Ascenso de educadores sin título asimilados al grado 10. Los educadores de enseñanza secundaria sin título de Licenciado en Ciencias de la Educación u otro título profesional de nivel universitario, asimilados al grado 10 del nuevo Escalafón, podrán ascender al grado 11 cuando acrediten cinco (5) años de servicio adicionales a los utilizados para la asimilación y un curso de capacitación. Para continuar ascendiendo deben acreditar los requisitos exigidos en el artículo 10 de este Decreto. CAPITULO X Vigencia.
