Las solicitudes de Certificación de Acreditación de Residencia Fiscal o sobre Situación Tributaria a que se refiere la presente resolución, deberán realizarse diligenciando en su totalidad la información solicitada en el formato número 1381 adjunto, el cual hace parte integral de esta resolución.

La Certificación de Acreditación de Residencia Fiscal en Colombia, deberá expedirse en el formato número 1379 adjunto, el cual hace parte integral de esta resolución.

La Certificación sobre Situación Tributaria en Colombia, deberá expedirse en el formato número 1380 adjunto, el cual hace parte integral de esta resolución.
