°. Derógase el artículo 2° del Decreto 078 del 28 de enero de 2000.

Parágrafo

Los beneficios señalados en el artículo objeto de derogatoria se continuarán otorgando únicamente a quienes, al momento de entrar a regir el presente decreto, se encuentren adelantando el curso de formación básica de detective que imparte la Academia Superior de Inteligencia del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, y hasta su finalización.
