ARTICULO 16 . Vencido el traslado, el funcionario competente decretará o negará las pruebas solicitadas y ordenará de oficio la práctica de las que considere pertinentes en acto motivado en el que señalará igualmente el término para su práctica, que no podrá exceder de treinta (30) días si se trata de pruebas a practicarse en el territorio nacional, o de sesenta (60) si deben practicarse en el exterior.
