Artículo octavo . Podrán ser miembros de la Corporación, con el carácter especial de fundadores, la Nación, por intermedio de los Ministerios de Agricultura y de Educación, y el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (Incora). La Junta Directiva determinará la admisión de nuevos miembros de la Corporación, los cuales podrán ser, además de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, organismos nacionales o extranjeros, cuyos fines correspondan a los de la Corporación, o quieran cooperar en sus actividades.
