Artículo único. Desde el 1.° de Enero de 1899 se radicará en la Tesorería general y en la Pagaduría Central el pago de las cantidades que se giren por el Ministerio del Tesoro con imputación á los Departamentos de la Deuda nacional y del de Pensiones y Bienes desamortizados, respectivamente.

Parágrafo

Quedan derogadas las disposiciones ejecutivas que sean contrarias al presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
