Además de las becas de que trata el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, el Ministerio de Minas Petróleos podrá conferir comisiones remuneradas para estudios por lapsos menores de un año, o para concurrir a conferencias científicas, etc. En estos casos el Ministerio señalará por medio de resolución los derechos y las obligaciones de los comisionados.
