La Comisión Instructora del Senado de la República, de que trata la Ley 50 de 1958 , se compondrá de ocho (8) miembros. Su personal de empleados y las asignaciones civiles de éstos continuarán siendo los actuales en número y cuantía. El Secretario será abogado.
