Petición. Cualquier productor nacional que se considere perjudicado o amenazado por importaciones de productos similares a los que produce, efectuadas dentro de los seis meses anteriores o que se hallen en curso, a precio de dumping o con subvenciones, podrá solicitar ante el Incomex la investigación correspondiente y la imposición de los derechos antidumping o compensatorios a que haya lugar.

Parágrafo

Estas peticiones podrán igualmente ser presentadas por las asociaciones que representen a los productores afectados y por otras personas que demuestren interés jurídico.
