De conformidad con lo establecido en el Capítulo III de la Ley 9º de 1989, el Director General del Instituto Colombiano del Deporte podrá adelantar directamente o a través del Gobernador, el Alcalde o la entidad pública beneficiaria o vinculada, el proceso de enajenación voluntaria o de expropiación de inmuebles para los efectos del literal f) del artículo 10 de la misma ley.

Parágrafo

El Proyecto de Construcción de infraestructura Social de Recreación y Deporte. deberá incluirse en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo.
