Art. 123. El tabaco rematado no podrá depositarse en almacenes o casas particulares, i permanecerá en los almacenes de deposito hasta que se verifique la esportación. Los rematadores pueden mantenerlo en el deposito hasta por treinta días, contados desde aquel en que hubieren celebrado el remate, sin pagar derecho alguno. Pasado este término, pagarán por derecho de almacenaje la cuota que se estipule con los empleados encargados de los almacenes de depósito al tiempo de verificar el remate.
