Inventario . Las personas naturales o jurídicas que a la fecha de publicación del presente decreto tengan inventarios físicos de minerales sin Certificado de Origen, pero que se encuentren declarados en su contabilidad, libros, registros contables, inventarios o estados financieros expedidos hasta el año 2014, deberán realizar su comercialización antes del 31 de diciembre del año 2015, so pena de multa y decomiso de estos minerales, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
