Designar como alcalde ad hoc del municipio de Piedras, Tolima, al señor Juan Pablo García Poveda, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía número 14.395.600, quien se desempeña en el cargo de Secretario de Despacho código 020, grado 04, asignado a la Secretaría de Planeación y TIC - Despacho de la Gobernación del Tolima, “para actuar como representante legal de esa municipalidad en el otorgamiento de escritura pública de venta de un inmueble de propiedad del municipio, a los señores GLORIA GÓNGORA RODRÍGUEZ, MARIELA GÓNGORA DE ZULUAGA, EDUARDO GÓNGORA RODRÍGUEZ y GUILLERMO GÓNGORA RODRÍGUEZ, quienes son sus tíos”, de conformidad con lo señalado en la parte motiva del presente decreto.
