Art. 1º. Corresponde a la Corte Suprema conocer en juicio sumario de una sola instancia de las reclamaciones por recompensas militares. En dicho juicio se tendrá por parte al Procurador General de la Nación. La Corte Suprema podrá en ellos dictar autos para mejor proveer estimare convenientes.
