La autoridad de Policía para el cumplimiento de las leyes de la República dentro de las zonas de aduanas, será ejercida exclusivamente por la Policía de aduana creada en virtud de este CAPITULO. La autoridad de Policía para el cumplimiento de esta Ley, fuera de las zonas de aduana, será ejercida en colaboración con las demás organizaciones de Policía de la Nación.
