Plataforma de gestión de trámites . Las Entidades Territoriales Certificadas y la sociedad fiduciaria, deberán simplificar, adecuar y digitalizar la gestión del reconocimiento y pago de cesantías, y para ello, deberán suprimir los trámites innecesarios y garantizar la gestión adecuada de los datos a través del uso de las herramientas tecnológicas de intercambio de información que soportan dicho trámite. Si por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito se presentan fallas en la plataforma de digitalización o herramientas tecnológicas, se. deberán utilizar los medios más expeditos para el trámite de la prestación con los documentos o anexos pertinentes.
