Entes competentes para adelantar la investigación y aplicar la sanción. En ejercicio de las facultades que otorga el artículo 59 y demás normas de la Ley 2166 de 2021, la investigación administrativa consiguiente y la aplicación de la sanción que corresponda, será competencia de la respectiva dependencia estatal de inspección, control y vigilancia, de conformidad con el procedimiento previsto en este capítulo, en concordancia con el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y Contencioso Administrativo.
