Se constituirán como reservas con recursos propios, todas aquellas obligaciones pendientes de pago en las oficinas de manejo, a 31 de diciembre (reserva de caja) así como las reservas de apropiación que se efectúen por compromisos contractuales pendientes de pago a la misma fecha, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 122 del Decreto-ley 294 de 1973.
