Parágrafo 1

del artículo 8° del Decreto 3805 de 2003, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 1

Dentro de los ingresos que sirven de base para efectuar el cómputo a que se refiere el literal b) del presente artículo, no deben incluirse los correspondientes a la enajenación de activos fijos, ni los provenientes de loterías, rifas, apuestas o similares.”
