Sobre los bienes que constituyan las inversiones de que trata el artículo anterior no podrá pesar gravamen o limitación alguna de dominio. Sin embargo, en casos excepcionales la Superintendencia Bancaria podrá autorizar la constitución de gravámenes sobre tales bienes, si ello fuere indispensable para el solo efecto de atender a compromisos con los suscriptores.
