Contribución aumento caja de Retiro. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo y los que se encuentren en goce de asignación de retiro y sus beneficiarios en goce de pensión pagadera por la Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares, contribuirán, con destino a está, con el monto del aumento de sus haberes, asignaciones o pensiones correspondientes a los siguientes treinta (30) días a la fecha en que se cause dicho aumento.
