° Los funcionarios que se incorporen a la Planta de Personal que por este Decreto se establece, tendrán derecho a la remuneración que corresponda al grado del 'cargo al cual hayan sido incorporados dentro de la misma columna salarial adquirida, conforme a las previsiones del Decreto-ley 540 de 1977.
