Empleados de Manejo. Cuando a los empleados de manejo del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional les corresponda hacer uso de vacaciones, deben producir con anticipación una Resolución en cargando de sus funciones a otro empleados de su confianza, bajo su responsabilidad, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes de la Contraloría General de la República.
