º . Las partidas referentes al anterior auxilio, serán incluidas en los Presupuestos de las vigencias respectivas, a los años citados. Si así no se hiciese, autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para efectuar los traslados correspondientes, así como los créditos y contracréditos necesarios para el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
