Para la obtención de la tarjeta de "turista con automóvil" el extranjero deberá identificarse previamente ante el respectivo funcionario consular de Colombia y demostrar la propiedad del automóvil en que viaja, presentando la documentación que ofrezca garantía suficiente de identificación personal, acompañada de la respectiva de propiedad del vehículo.
