SACRIFICIO DE ANIMALES DE ABASTO PUBLICO. El sacrificio de animales de abasto público sólo podrá realizarse en mataderos autorizados por la autoridad competente y además de cumplir con los requisitos de este Estatuto y sus reglamentaciones, se ajustarán a las normas que sobre sacrificio, faenado y transporte dicte el Ministerio de Salud.

Parágrafo

La reglamentación para mataderos de exportación se expedirá conjuntamente con el Ministerio de Agricultura.
