Conjurada la urgencia de un paciente, atendido en los servicios del Instituto, no beneficiario del Régimen de Seguros Sociales Obligatorios, el Instituto dará aviso a la entidad de salud pública o privada responsable de la atención del paciente, para que disponga su traslado a la institución en donde debe continuar con el tratamiento.
