Sanciones . No se podrá someter a un importador a cualquier sanción por realizar una solicitud de trato arancelario preferencial inválida, si el importador: a) no incurrió en culpa o dolo, al realizar la solicitud y pague cualquier tributo aduanero adeudado; o b) al darse cuenta de la invalidez de dicha solicitud, la corrija voluntaria y prontamente y pague cualquier tributo aduanero adeudado. LA DIAN no impondrá sanciones a un exportador o productor por proporcionar una certificación incorrecta, si el exportador o productor voluntariamente notifica por escrito que esta era incorrecta, a todas las personas a quienes les hubiere proporcionado dicha certificación.
