Las solicitudes de cancelación de reserva de cualquier clase que formulen los Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, las enviarán al Departamento de Contraloría por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección del Presupuesto-, y requerirán para ser tramitadas por dicho Departamento la aprobación del citado Ministerio, sin perjuicio de los requisitos que exige la Contraloría General de la República.
