° Las entidades privadas con las cuales el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público contrate los servicios a que se refiere el artículo anterior, guardarán absoluta reserva acerca de las informaciones que se le suministren y en los contratos respectivos se incluirá una caución suficiente que garantice tal obligación.
