El Capellán llevara un libro en el cual deben anotar, respecto de cada condenado o detenido, todo en cuanto se refiere a su conducta y que ponga de relieve su carácter moral. Estas anotaciones se tendrán en cuenta cuando se trate de apreciar la conducta y posible reforma dé los presos.
