Plan de Divulgación . Es el conjunto de acciones para difundir las características y los valores del inmueble. El objetivo principal de este plan es asegurar el respaldo comunitario a la conservación del bien. Cuando un inmueble se declare como BIC, la autoridad competente deberá informar a las entidades encargadas de cultura y turismo en el departamento, municipio y/o distrito en donde este se localice, con el fin de promover su conocimiento y apropiación por parte de la ciudadanía en general.
