Corresponde al Registrador Nacional, una vez reunidos los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 7º de la presente Ley, coordinar con las autoridades electorales del respectivo departamento o municipio la divulgación, promoción y realización de la convocatoria a pronunciamiento popular.
