Artículo quinto. Modifícase el artículo 62 del Decreto, legislativo número 76 del corriente año, en el sentido de que la asignación correspondiente al Director del Departamento de Investigaciones Agropecuarias queda sometida a las modalidades señaladas en el artículo primero (1°) del Decreto legislativo número 7 de 1958.
