º . Reporte de ingresos y egresos. Las Organizaciones de Voluntariado, ODV, durante los tres primeros meses del año, reportarán los ingresos y egresos del año inmediatamente anterior a los Consejos Municipales de Voluntariado, quienes a su vez entregarán a los Consejos Departamentales la información, para que ellos, finalmente, los pongan a disposición del Consejo Nacional de Voluntariado para efectos de consolidarla.
