Duración. Salvo que con el dueño o poseedor del predio sirviente se hubiere acordado otra cosa, el uso y disfrute de las servidumbres tendrá una duración igual a la del título minero, sus prórrogas y de las labores necesarias para realizar las obras y labores de readecuación o sustitución de terrenos.
