ARTICULO 95 . Antigüedad en el llamamiento al servicio activo. Los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo, que sean reincorporados al servicio activo de la Policía Nacional, ingresarán con la misma antigüedad que tenían en el momento del retiro y tendrán derecho a todas las prerrogativas correspondientes a su grado.
