º DE LA ASIGNACION DEL INDICE EN CASO DE VINCULACION O DESIGNACION EN UN EMPLEO DE SUPERIOR CATEGORIA. Cuando un servidor del Instituto sea designado o vinculado de conformidad con las normas legales vigentes, para desempeñar un empleo de superior jerarquía, tendrá derecho a la asignación del índice de la columna del nivel "A" del grado que corresponda a dicho cargo, si este fuere inferior al que tenía se le asignara el igual o inmediatamente superior a aquel, dentro del grado del nuevo empleo.
