El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional adjudicará las parcelas por medio de resoluciones administrativas, y estas resoluciones deberán registrarse en la correspondiente oficina de registro de la propiedad del inmueble. La resolución registrada constituirá título translaticio de dominio o constitutivo de derecho real, en su caso. En dichas resoluciones se insertarán las obligaciones contractuales del adjudicatario y se pactará precisamente la resolución administrativa del contrato, para el caso de que no les diere el cumplimiento.
