Las Oficinas de manejo de especies llevarán su cuenta por partida sencilla, esto es, por el sistema de Cargo y Data, abriendo libros de Registro Diario y de Cuentas de especies y rindiendo las cuentas mensuales y anuales en la forma que lo han hecho hasta ahora. Con ellas enviarán un cuadro demostrativo de los objetos existentes el día 1.° del mes, con la anotación de las entradas y salidas, así como de los saldos el día último.
