Art 4.° on la presente lei se publicará la lei XII, de 21 de octubre de 1869, del Estado soberano de Santander, autorizando al Presidente del Estado para conceder privilejio para navegar por vapor por el río Carare.

Dadá en Bogotá, a diéz i siete de junio de mil ochocientos setenta.

Bogotá, 21 de junio de 1870.
