Ley 11 de 1990 · por la cual se revisa la organización administrativa de la Superintendencia de Sociedades.

Corresponde en especial a la Sección de Tesorería:

a)

Ejecutar pagos a empleados y a terceros en las Seccionales y en Bogotá;

b)

Enviar a la Tesorería General de la República los dineros recaudados;

c)

Rendir cuentas a: Contabilidad Nacional, Examen de Cuentas de la Contraloría General de la República y Cámara de Representantes;

d)

Elaborar boletines diarios de Caja;

e)

Registrar el movimiento diario en los libros de bancos;

f)

Reclamar giros de Tesorería;

g)

Elaborar y liquidar nóminas;

h)

Recibir lo correspondiente a pagos generales.
