Artículo único. Condónase al Sr. Dr. Evaristo de la Cadena la multa de mil doscientos sesenta pesos ($1,260) que le impuso la Oficina general de Cuentas por retardo en rendimiento de la cuenta correspondiente al año fiscal de 1882 á 1883 de la Administración principal de Hacienda nacional en Cali, la cual, por lo demás, le fue fenecida sin alcance alguno

En virtud de esta ley cesará contra el Sr. Dr. Evaristo de la Cadena todo procedimiento, que tenga por objeto hacer efectiva la expresada suma.
