°. Publicidad televisiva en caso de condena definitiva. La publicación de que trata el artículo 48 de la Ley 1098 de 2006 procederá cuando en la jurisdicción penal se profiera sentencia condenatoria definitiva y esta quede en firme, por cualquiera de los delitos contemplados en el Título IV, “Delitos contra la Libertad, Integridad y Formación Sexuales”, en aquellos casos en que la víctima haya sido un menor de edad.
