°. El Jefe de los Depósitos del Ministerio de Educación llevará a las Direcciones cuenta del material docente remitido. En dichas cuentas debe constar la cantidad de cada uno de los elementos enviados, la calidad de los mismos y las especificaciones de los recibos del correspondiente transporte. También constará en tales cuentas la distribución del material que se haya hecho por las Direcciones de Educación entre las escuelas de su jurisdicción.
