Los proyectos de inversión registrados en el Banco de Proyectos de Inversión del Sistema General de Regalías incorporarán, en forma integral, todos los gastos asociados al respectivo proyecto de inversión, sin que los mismos correspondan a gastos corrientes, entendidos estos como gastos recurrentes que son de carácter permanente y posteriores a la terminación del proyecto.
