Las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda podrán otorgar financiamiento para la adquisición de vivienda existente, cuando el presunto vendedor se comprometa a construir o comprar vivienda nueva, empleando los dineros de la hipoteca para este fin, y a depositarlos entre tanto en la Corporación acreedora para invertirlos en la nueva operación.
